Meet the Team
James Watts
James has over 8 years of extensive experience in education. He has been a Secondary Business Lead in education recruitment for 3 years, supporting schools across Greater Manchester. Prior to that, James spent 5 years working in secondary education as a Head of Year, Teacher of English, and Teacher of PE. He holds an Upper Law with Honours degree and is a Designated Safeguarding Lead. As a Lead Practitioner for mental health and wellbeing, James supports young people through fitness, sports, and social/emotional interventions. Additionally, James is an EAL specialist and plays a key role in offering free CPD training for cover supervisors, teaching assistants, and behavioural specialists, ensuring ongoing support for candidates.
